For this trick do the following

• First recharge your BSNL 3G SIM with RC274.Now you can enjoy Unlimited free internet for one month but the speed will be 2G. 

• Most of the BSNL customers are getting 3G speed after they recharged their account with

Rs.274.

If you don’t get the 3G speed after this step then you need to do the following procedure:

• Recharge your account with Rs.10,you will get 200MB free DATA usage.Now check your speed I hope your speed will be increased to 3G.Be patient because the the server takes normally 1-2 hours to update your mobile number.
